What to do if you made an accident in an Enterprise Rent-A-Car vehicle?

In the unlikely event of an accident, do the following:

1. Do not leave the accident location or move the vehicle
2. Immediately contact the authorities (Najm if other party is insured or police if not)
3. Request official accident report from authorities
4. Contact us to provide any required support (advise on what to do, vehicle replacement, and more)
5. You should not:
   Sign any documents unless requested by authorities
   In either case do not sign any document that exempts other party of responsibility unless consulted and instructed by Enterprise representative.

An accident involving bodily injury must be reported to police department in the community in which it occurred. The driver is required to file any accident reports required to Enterprise Rent-A-Car renting location.
